I'm really sorry to have to say - they are absolutely awful!
The front desk people, especially Victoria - rough and brusque, she behaves like a gestapo.
The other girl is not so bad, but she could make an effort to be nicer. Very poor customer service.
You tend to wonder if they are nicer to their own race of people and I'm saying this because, we've actually sat in the waiting room to see how they do respond to people who speak their language and they do seem to be more pleasant.

The dental hygienist is not bad, but she has you on a timer and its rush, rush. She answers your questions, but you can tell she's in a hurry for you to leave.

The dentist is not too bad either.

But boy, is their front desk awful.

Would not recommend them at all!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
