For starters, the wife does not do a very good job at clarifying your dental needs. I'm not sure if it's a communciation barrier or she does not wish to. Her cleanings are HORRIBLE! I can brush my teeth in two seconds better than she can. She does a 5 minute rush job. In addition, I find her to be somewhat lazy. Myself and my daughter have asked for white fillings each time we go there and each time she gives us a different excuse, even lying stating insurance does not cover it. She also stated our cavities were too big. I found out from another provider and my insurance company that she what she told us simply was untrue. They do not like to do white fillings because it's more work for them and the materials are more costly. I will never go there again. If you're looking for a good dentist in Upper Darby, try Pristine Dental on Avon Road.

Please, go to another dentist, this place really sucks !!!!, they dont speak good english. They will not help you. LAZY is the word, If you choose this dentist.........Its YOUR FAULT !! BE WARNED !!

I was not happy at all with the service that was provided. The receptionist was unaware of the situation and did not take the extra step to provide the correct information that was needed. The dentist also did not provide proper care and notified after the visit that she actually was not a children's specialist. I asked for her to check my child's teeth and she did a quick overview and then suggested me to visit a children's specialist, three days later i received a letter with the charges of teeth cleaning,evaluations. when i questioned about the bill the dentist was very inconsiderate and rude and very unprofessional
The place was dirty, needs major work,and the ceiling is leaking.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, multiple people had to stand

Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
