Manalo Family Dentistry in West Mifflin has been wonderful when I have faced dental emergencies: I've never waited more than one day for an appt, & I was even lucky enough to get same-day care with them once! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm absolutely sure I'll make another appointment with this provider. I am impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

These are the rudest people on the planet. Do not give them your business.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. My appointments get canceled. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice nothing submitted. Always problems with their record keeping and submitting insurance information.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
