They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
