Horrible experience. I took my child here twice to see if maybe if was a fluke the first time. The wait time is incredibly long, especially for a small child. Getting an appointment is difficult. I had to reschedule and the next appointment I could get was three months later. I would not recommend this dentist for children.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, these people are INSANELY rude. They got above and beyond to be rude to you. The dental assistant told me that I was violating HIPPA laws by taking a picture of my child in the x-ray chair. I did not inform her that I am a nurse and well versed on HIPPA and that I was not in violation but instead I put my phone away because I was trying to give my child a positive experience at her first dental visit. When the dentist came in, she was rude, and while she was talking to me my daughter started to whine in the chair that she wanted to go home and that she has to go to the bathroom. The dentist whipped around and said to my 4 year old, "Do you always cry when you have to go to the bathroom?" These people are disgusting and should not be allowed to work with children. I'm not one to write reviews but please save yourself the anguish and go to a different office.

This is the worse pediatric dentist ever. They are very incosiderate for children who are extremely upset. The woman who clean the kids teeth basically yell at them to stop crying. I always go back and stay with my child even though they give me a hard time and tell me I can't. It is ridiculous. Dr. Hamilton is extremely rude if you don't do things according to "how it should be done" or if you question her. The last straw was when my child had to have 2 cavaties filled and I needed to come back in 2 appointments. I called becuase she was so upset and asked if they can do it in one. The lady who answered the phone said proabably not, becuase she is very busy. They are going to rush because the doctor is sooo busy?? They can't take the time and get my daughters teeth done in appointment. I can't wait until she is done, I am never going there again!!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr Hamilton put a filling in my sons tooth that was too high, it caused him months of pain. He has autism and was not able to really tell us exactly what was happening, we went back to her office again she inspected the area and said due to his autism he was NOT a candidate for root canal and suggested his adult tooth be removed. 2 days later we saw another provider, he discovered the inproperly sized filling that was the source of his pain. Took 6 grinders and polished it, pain gone. He also said it was uneccesarry to remove an adult tooth and the root canal my son needed was an hour procedure and very easy. I feel because my son is disabled Dr Hamilton marginalized his care.
