They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I had previously gone to a dentist, who I was uncomfortable with. The hygienist talked incessantly about proper dental hygiene, in a know it all kind of way. This made my visits even less desirable and they referred me to a surgeon who left packing in my mouth for a week after pulling my wisdom teeth. They did not speak w me about my dental treatment, at home care or options, they more talked at me. Going to Dr. Vanderpool at Dr. Meir's office was a completely different experince. I was educated without being reprimanded, and all of the staff from the front desk to the assistant were kind, attentive and efficent. They gave me options that were best for me, not suggested due to a higher cost procedure. I really appreciate this office and hope I can continue to receive all of my dental care here.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
