Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
