They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Something went wrong with the anesthetizing process and I couldn't get answers about why. I don't know if the products were old and had lost potency. The explanation was that it was a freak occurence. I really don't want to return, but the procedure has been covered already by insurance.
