I just called this facility to get their fax number. I was rudely asked what I needed it for and after the receptionist gave me the number, she hung up on me. RUDE! I am currently looking for a dentist and this one is definitely off the list.

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I have been going to this office for a while but I have stopped going there for few reasons first every time they do any king of work I would end up paying triple what I was quoted and when I ask why the answer is ( oh we just made a mistake ) never got a better answer then that also me and wife both had filling and let me tell you that was the worse experience I have ever had I was in pain for 3 months my wife same problem finally I went to another dentist and they told my tooth was over filled I had to spend more money to fix the problem another dentist told my wife the same thing I would not go back here

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

No, I had to pay for parking!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely, they were an expert!
