I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is rather rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was not treated well. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They tried to talk me into more expensive services that I did not need. I'll never go back there again.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The filling I got only lasted a couple of months. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. In fact, they totally forgot to clean them! My teeth were still very dirty when I left. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

I went there to get a tooth pulled. After getting everything else they told me I had to have done Before they could pull the tooth they told me it couldn't be pulled & I would have to see a surgeon. Went to a local oral surgeon and he pulled it with no problems and could not understand why Castle Dental didn't do it. In short I spent $2,300.00 for a $110.00 extraction.
