Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.'

UPDATE:
Been back and forth with this dentist and this is one year later, out of insurance because they MILKED it truly and yet I'm still in pain. The root canal was never finished although I'd paid in full (even the out of pocket portion). But they kept pushing other treatments on me, and then did 3 TEMPORARY fillings & said "oh, looks like we used all your ins. but you really need to have those permenantly filled." I am 100% displeased and STILL in pain from the root canal tooth. The wisdom tooth extraction ended in injury to the tooth next to it, which is damaged and causing me great pain. I was a naive 21 year old last year who was fooled by a dentist who truly only cares about $.

I've seen Dr. Lewis twice. Today I had a root canal done by him and will be having a wisdom tooth extracted next week by him. I was very skeptical about most dentists and I ended up going to three different ones before deciding on him. I'm a very anxious, nervous and timid girl about dr's and I'm actually highly impressed with how Dr Lewis and his 2 assistants/nurses done with me. It was actually almost pleasant! They were able to make me comfortable & Lewis makes sure his patients are not in pain. So far, I'm very happy!
