Very dissatisfied. I chose this dentist because of a friend referral. I went in to have a mold made for a new partial. When the mold was made, I commented that I felt like the mold casting was incorrect due to the casting material being shifted while it was in the process of setting up. I was told 1 to 2 week turn around. Nearly 4 MONTHS later it was finally done. I was called in for a trail fitting with a wax replica? of what was supposed to be the original. NOT EVEN CLOSE. After one more try in with the wax, they called me with the new partial and said it was done. It was as if the devise was made for someone else. It hurt badly to remove it once it was forced into place and actually damaged gum tissue trying to remove it! Then I was hurried out of the office and told to call if I had any problems. When I called the next business day to tell them about my problem, they made me another appointment for a Friday at 5pm. I went in, they took the partial and offered a refund, but absolutely unwilling to work to make it right! 4 months of waiting for this?? If your planning a visit to this dentist, you may want to reconsider! This dentist made a mistake and was not willing to own it!

My son had a dental emergency and Dr. Hartline was able to see him the same day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No complaints.
