My family and I will never go to this office again, and I will not refer anyone there. The dental services were mediocre at best, and extremely overpriced. I have recently (8 months later) received threatening letters over a $200 bill, I knew nothing about. When I contacted their office, I was informed I have a $190 credit. However when I tried to collect my credit, I was given the run around for 3 days. Today they called and said that they made a mistake, I still owe them, but they will write my bill off, since it has been such a hassle. Very unprofessional!!

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
