They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Since Dr. Baxley left this place is no longer has gone downhill. Dr. Tran is young and inexperienced along with his staff. The so called Office Manager is a joke. He is young and wears pants and a T-shirt to the office. When I went to complain about some denture work that was done the day before I wanted to talk to Dr. Tran privately. He happened to be in the visitors area when I got there. He immediately told me I needed to talk to the office manager. I found this to be very disconcerting. The office manager didn't do the work. I will never go back. I think all of Dr. Baxley's old patients will feel the way I do.

This office charged me for things no orher dentist ever did and in addition claimed my insurance didnt cover certain items when in fact they did. Will not return. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
