I was treated very rudely by a female receptionist who claimed she is the owner of this office. She is most likely a member of Dr. Kenneth Branson's family. It will tarnish his reputation to have this unprofessional and mean-spirited person working at this office.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr Montroy's for a while now. Recently, I changed dental insurance programs and my insurance was set to go active on the first of next month. I called and the old woman that is apparently in charge of customer relations and happens to be Dr Branson's wife answered and explained to me that I would have to wait until the middle of that month in order to schedule an appointment. I asked if there was any way around this and offered to call my insurance company to fax a letter head or some kind of insurance verification. She denied giving me any alternatives and told me that I would have to be a cash patient. I told her that that wasn't very customer friendley and in a fit of rage, she shouts, "Well, we don't need your business anyway!" and she hung up on me. I tried calling back a number of times only to be immediately hung up on. Eventually, I got through to the male that works with her at the counter. He is her son. I explained myself to him, saying that I understand if NOTHING can be done, i was merely asking for alternatives and that she was completely out of like to talk to me that way. all he said was, "Well, she's the owner."
If she's the owner, ie the person benefiting from MY money, I will take my business elsewhere. She is a horribly miserable person and it's apparent in her attitude towards her own customers. While I LOVED having Dr Montroy as my denist, I will never return to this office.

Absolutely do not go to this dentist or come into contact with his "office manager" who apparently is also his wife. If you do, you will be personally insulted. In my instance, they not only cancelled my appointment without notice, they also cancelled my child's appointment -- which was scheduled just days away to have a procedure performed. I intend to file an official complaint with authorities and have also filed a complaint with the insurance carrier that included this idiot's name amoung the legitimate practitioners. Do you know what "Sharon" said to me, when I told her that I was going to select another dentist for myself? "I've cancelled your appointments." "What appointments? I only made one appointment for myself." "We cancelled all your appointments. We don't want him (my son) in here." She, in so many words said, that if I was going to use another dentist, then they would not see my son, who had been under Branson's care for at least the last year. Get this: The appointment for my son had been made by my ex-wife, and Branson/Sharon did not even tell her the appointment was cancelled. My ex-wife had asked for precious time off from work to be able to take him. Can you tell I'm upset? Just search Google or Yahoo for more customer dissatisfaction with this imposter. Do yourself a favor and do not set yourself up for a bitter disappointment. Find another dentist.
