They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful but their orthodontic estimate was higher than what I expected moving in from out of State. I have since found a more reasonable orthodontic dentist that is more kid friendly. I still return for routine dental work. The office was very easy to locate and is open on Saturdays. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

This office is ill-equipped to handle challenging dental work although they promote themselves as if they are. A "simple" procedure like a root canal could not be completed in their office; they started the work only to refer me out to finish it. To add on top of that, they could not get me a crown that was worked without breaking; they tried three times. The first two times it broke off before leaving the office and on the third visit it cracked within 3 months.

I had to switch dentists to get them to do the job successfully. When the new dentist started working on the tooth, he found decay under the broken crown. He also found different things they should have done a little more efficiently. Like the silver filling they left on the tooth under the crown. He also said the porcelain crown was very cheaply done probably by a non-professional lab. He said crown prices can range from $50-$400 and guess how much he thought mine was done for? You got it! The work looked so unprofessionally done that my current dentist asked if my dental work was done at a clinic.

The staff is very nice and friendly but the level of expertise put forth on the dental work is insufficient.
