The waiting area did not have clean floors and when I went in to have my daughter's teeth cleaned there was pink toothpaste stuff in all the nooks and crevaces of the floor lights and cleaning equipment holders. Although the staff at the time was very nice at the time of my visit...when they called to remind me of my next appointment, I told them I would not be using their office because any other dentists office I had been to in my life was cleaner than that and please let someone know why I am cancelled so that they can fix this. The receptionist then asked me 'why didn't you just go to their office instead of ours then?' and then hung up on me. Never have I been treated like that and I hope she gets fired after I told her boss....but when I call her boss Patti...she really didn't seem that concerned!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
