I took my son to Dr Lincoln about a year ago. During our first visit I found the Office manager/receptionist to be very abrasive but the Dr was very nice. He made us feel so welcome. I was really happy with him so I more or less decided to stay with him in spite of his Office manger/receptionist. After the insurance excepted his plan and we started with the process of braces, everything changed. The dentist was not so nice nor friendly any longer. The Office manager/ receptionist was extremely rude and very abrasive. She always seemed to be rushed and demanding. I'm guessing the mission is to get you in the door and after the process has begun their true colors come out.
I took my son to another dentist and could not be more happy. We are always greeted very nicely and the dentist has made a lot more progress than we had gotten at Dr Lincolns office. The receptionists at the new dentist make you feel so welcome and unlike the previous one at Dr Lincoln's office they seem to actually like their job and are very good at it.
Would not recommend at all!!
