HE TOLD ME I MUST HAVE X-RAYS BEFORE HE CAN CLEAN MY TEETH... I CALLED RIGHT AFTER I LEFT THE OFFICE AND ASK THE OFFICE TO FAX ME THE LAW AND FOR YOU TO CALL ME AND NEITHER HAS HAPPENED 8 HOURS LATER.....I EVEN CALLED AN HOUR BEFORE MY 830 AM APPOINTMENT AND TOLD YOUR RECEPTIONIST I WAS IN A BIG HURRY I JUST WANTED TO GET IN AND OUT FOR MY CLEANING..NOT ONCE DID ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT X-RAYS OR ANYTHI YOU AND YOUR STAFF SHOULD LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM NOT JUST TRY TO UPSALE THEM EVERY TIME THEY COME IN!!! PRODUCE THE LAW DR HARDCASTLE U HAVE MY FAX NUMBER!!!!
