This was my second time to the office and I had the best experience one could have at a dental office. From the time I made the first phone call until now, the young lady in the front office was so nice, professional and easy to work with. The office was nice looking and clean! The doctor, Dr. Guillory greeted me with a smile both visits and most of all he remembered me even our conversation from 3 months earlier. He really cared about my health and what I actually wanted to accomplish with my smile.
I had a cleaning and three fillings done and am currently scheduled for him to do 2 implants. The prices were really reasonable and I was even given the option to finance it through there own in house plan but didn't need to.
I am certainly excited to give them my business and will bring my family and inform all of my contacts.

This place is a scam, office people don't know how to properly bill insurance and do pricing, they also overcharge and hope you don't catch it, perform unnecessary work, charge up front before your appointment date for for long appointments, then they don't complete the work you paid for, drag out the process never finishing treatment plans, and NOT refunding the money paid up front for work they never did. We're talking in amounts of over $5,000 HUGE fraud. They also promise things they can't do, such as how long appointments will take, dentist has no concept of how long his own work takes. I've recently met others that have had the exact same experience either as a patient here or as an employee with this office. I would not go here for any work other than basic cleanings, and if they say you need fillings, get a second opinion. Don't pay anything upfront even if it's the day of service, pay AFTER they complete the work so you can get an itemized statement of what was done and a receipt, something else they are bad about giving to you.

It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. This provider is the best I've found. I'm sure they'll keep researching and trying everything they think will work until we get my issues resolved. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1. My provider is very respected and knows many other professionals in their field. I have no doubt they will get me access to the best information out there whether they incorporate themselves or they recommend I go to someone else.

Me and my family has been patients of Genesis Family Dental since 2004 and we have had excellent care. The staff is very thorough and always go the extra mile to make sure that we understand
our financial obligations and how it relates to our insurance along with the care we are receiving.

This place is horrible! I would never recommend anyone there ever! Dr. Guillory is a phony, he may seem to be a very nice guy and try to help you out but, he is not! He is only after your money, and there is no lie there, he will give you false accusations saying you need this or that to be done to have the perfect smile. For a very good example, I see and hear him do this a lot with his patients. He says we are going to have to extract that tooth, once we extract that tooth we will put in an implant. You have more than one option and don’t let him fool you into just that one, get a second option or don’t go to this office at all. He just wants to get the $12,000 from you; he does it to anyone as long as he gets the money!!! He did this to a poor 82 year old lady, I felt so horrible for this lady. There is this office room in this doctor’s felicity with a big window and a glass door, as you walk in there he would close the blinds and grab a mirror out of the desk drawer and ask you do you want to live with this ugly smile or do you want to be granted with a beautiful smile, and he will continue to talk you into getting Lumineers or to get implants or whatever it may be. He is a big liar! Always get a second option or opinion and never rely on anyone he refers you out to because he is friend with all them and will convince them that you have to have this done and they will tell you the same. Trust me it happen to be and a few other people I know that goes to that office. Now he treats his employees horrible I’ve gone in there three times and he has literally yelled at them in front of patients! He beats them down emotionally! The employees there are always nice and friendly and always have a smile on even after the boss put them down. I would never recommend anyone here and if you have gone here please go get a second opinion and not from anyone he has recommended and make sure. That’s all I have to say and I hope this helps!

He upcharges everything. His service is over priced for the work. He is not a very honest in his practice. I would go to another dentist. I had to do research to understand how much he was overcharging us. He also recommends work that is not necessary.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
