I have been a patient for several years and have always liked Dr. Nouri as a dentist, but his staff needs to be replaced because they continually get insurance matters mixed up, appointments mixed up, and just seem a bit rude and out dated as far as knowing how to communicate effectively with patients. I don't understand why they never get pre authorization prior to appointments but instead wait until the end of the year and try to "CATCH UP" and start calling to tell you that you owe them when in fact pre authorization would have prevented all of the FUSS!!!! Another thing I don't understand is WHY IS THERE AN ANIMAL IN THE DENTIST OFFICE? I don't care how cute you all think the darn dog is.....that is just nasty and if its one thing Im really serious about it is hygiene especially at a dentist office. The staff always seems to "bicker" and argue behind the glass window but what they fail to realize is that patients can hear clearly. I wont be returning because the staff is so MESSY and just not that Bright when it comes to handling insurance issues and treating ALL of their patients equally and the way patients need to be treated. How can they FAIL to do their job correctly and then turn around and then want to try and accuse the patient to help cover their VERY NEGATIVE "Insurance"/ pre authorization issues. I just don't care to deal with individuals who can't take ownership of their continued mistakes. These continued problems just didn't start as the staff started to get up in age...no these negative issues have been going on for years and all these years I have overlooked their continued "Negativity" as far as "THE MESS UP" they continued to commit. I decided that an apology was never given from them to me, so therefore I needed to go elsewhere even though Dr. Nouri was a good dentist. Simi and Chris need to learn how to accept fault and not continue to "pass the buck" onto long time good patients. I didn't and still don't understand why you all were extremely rude to me, but its all good because I have found a new dentist with a great staff who appreciates me and all of the referrals that I pass along to my new dentist and his outstanding likeable, friendly and efficient staff .

I visted Dr. Nuri on Preston Rd, Dallas late last year. I never received an invoice from them, even though i insisted several time. The amount that they charged me was way higher than what was submitted to my insurance....Please, check your claims, the staff can be very dishonest regarding the amount that they charge you and what they actually submitted to the insurance (if they actually did). Do not allow them do ANY work on your teeth unless you receive and invoice with what you are paying for.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Nouri Massood S DDS I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was way too hot. It burned my mouth.
