$29 IS A SCAM! Avoid this unscrupulous dentist. After an hour and a half of paperwork and x-rays, I was informed "The cleaning will not remove any plaque. It is really just a polishing." The $29 offer is just a hook to get you in the office and scare you into paying exorbitant fees for procedures you do not need. Go anywhere else.

NEVER, I MEAN NEVER GO HERE! The office manager when I went was a HORRIBLE person. She will over charge you, by double in my case, and when you demand a refund she will promise it but it will never come. When I refused to pay the bill they continued to send me they sent it to collections! I attempted to file a claim in small claims court and consulted an attorney but unfortunately this office has their scam so finely tuned that even the lawyer was unable to find out where to properly serve the papers. The company is set up as an LLC making it extremely difficult. PLEASE heed the warning and steer clear of ANY Monarch Dental

my hygienist was on sick leave, they said, and she has cleaned my teeth for years. The office had hired a replacement that was unhygienic, talked incessantly and smelled of urine, I swear to the Lord urine The office manager wanted to charge me for a new insurance company deductable premium that I had grandfathered with the old policy. All she had to do was email my papers for this year.

After some 10 years I will never step into that office again. I had a knee replacement three years ago. I have to take pre-dental anti-biotics and I am now concerned about the possible infections that I have incurred. I will never pay another dime to your company. Close the office and get it over with. The office manager does not protect her customers, she is aloof and not concerned about my health. I am 63 years old and never I mean never have I felt so offended to this shoddy medical treatment. You have something seriously wrong in that office. I have noted this to my attorney. Don't expect what you do not inspect.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely, the customer is always right here
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
