My visit to this office was the most unfriendly and cold experience I have ever had in a healthcare office. The receptionist was condescending and boarderline rude.
I was a scheduled new patient and arrived 20 minutes early (9:10am). The paperwork was complete by 9:15. My appointment time was 9:30. I waited in an atmosphere that made me feel as though I was not welcome, but more of a pain in their butt.
I waited until 10 am with not one of the staff, nor the doctor, speaking to me to explain th delay. The doctor passed me 3 times going to his office. No one bothered to explain or apologize. My time is as valuable as theirs.
This office should remember that patients are not cattle. Maybe it's they don't need the business and can afford to come off with that "better than thou" attitude. Bottom line...respect your customers. They have lost my business. I build websites for a living, and I know the value of PR and the cost of bad PR.
