Wonderful experience. DR. EZZO was extremely genuine and personable. There is no faking here, they actually care and I felt totally at ease. The whole office is friendly and do their job. I had no waiting at all and the assistant did my 3-D scan of my jaw within a few minutes. Dr. Ezzo sat with me personally and discussed each area of concern and took the time to point out the details of how he would proceed on each tooth implant. He showed me where my nerves were, how much bone I had to work with depth wise and width wise and was very specific with no generalizations. Awesome experience. The nurses were fantastic and very easy to talk to. The office manager took great care of all my paperwork and made it easy to understand. I would trust in this dentist office for my care and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. It just does not get any better and I am not the easiest guy to please at all. I am hard on people and demand great service and excellence. I got the best here and I am a happy camper. All smiles.They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

This is absolutely the worst provider I ever encountered. From the doctor over use of anesthesia that left me numb for 24 hours after root canal. Office manager double tips charges from both insurance and my credit card and took 6 weeks to correct the problem. The worst thing is the office manager Karen never returns phone call about billing issue, every time use a different excuse and I have to drive to their office to meet her. Also, they do not give in network discount whenever you max your deductable and they charge considerable more than other provider.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They answered my questions, but I felt they weren't being quite honest with my situation. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed, except for drowning me with a solution when I had a dam in my mouth and couldn't say anything. I actually had to bolt upright to stop drowning. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I didn't know to look. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are very good at collecting what you owe and giving you a detailed invoice. I am upset that I paid for my first visit entirely and they billed my insurance and had the insurance check sent not to myself but to them.
