They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel SHALLOW for calling. I avoided calling as much as I could because I didn't want to talk to the receptionist. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with Dr. Carrell's and his "guy" assistant's professionalism - Root Canal #1 complete ...on to #2.

BEWARE - his secretary/receptionist has an "I Don't Care" attitude!
