They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They explained every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I assumed that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, but it wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I was so impressed with the progress of feeling better so quickly after visiting them. And most importantly all of my questions were answered. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like it is overcrowded. The dentist- Christin Vaello, was GREAT she was gentle, patient and very knowledgable. And the Front Office Staff- I would describe as VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT they make you feel invited and welcomed soon as you walk in the door. Also the Dentist assistant who assisted my dentist was so sweet and kind I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHENOMENAL OFFICE TO ANYONE.
It is a joy to go to a dentist office that is current with all of the up to date technology and equipment. The television that shows the inside of your mouth while the dentist explain to you what work is needed is simply awesome. And also you can watch regular television while you wait to be seen in the room(a nice perk). This Dentist Office(Cornerstone Dental in Hickory Creek) in my opinion is definitely a Trail Blazer for other dentist offices in the Dallas Metroplex for our current times.

DENTIST "GOOGLE REVIEW"
"WOW-ED"
I HIGHLY recommend Cornerstone Dental & Orthodontics (Hickory Creek) for ALL of your dental needs!
From my initial phone call to scheduling my appointment to my first procedure to my follow up visit I have been treated as family. Wow!
I cannot compliment "my" staff enough! The wonderful ladies working hard behind the reception desk are doing just that....and so much more. On the phone or in person I am not just a "number" or just another patient to them. I am a respected individual and am greeted & treated as such. Their GENUINE smiles and tone of voice (which is a huge "thing" with me) really does take the edge off of (for me) being in a place that would normally scare the b'jeezus out of me. Wow! Thank you, Ladies. I appreciate each and every one of you.
Dr. Vaello, or "Doctor V", and her incredibly talented, down-to-earth, compassionate, and informative dental hygienists and assistants have a bedside manner that, in my experience, no one in the medical field can touch. Wow! Jasmine, you rock :). Thank you.
The fact that every single movement is explained to me before hand (and again during) is a welcomed comfort, to say the least. Again, easing my mind on my dental experience. Anything that helps those of us who are a bit sketchy on going to the dentists office is welcomed, right? Well, my experience here has taken away most of my anxiety and fear of , "I have to go to the dentist!" because I know that I am in such good hands. Wow!
Although this is a very active dentist office (apparently I'm FAR from being the only one who knows and appreciates the way this place operates!) the amazing people who serve and take care of us are in no hurry to scoot us out the door. And instead will pull up a chair and listen, inform, and answer any and all questions you may have. Their time is your time. Wow!
So.....Monday morning I am scheduled for a ROUTE CANAL (the first in my life-I'm 39 yrs. old and have had VERY little dental work done). Ugh, I know. NObody wants to hear those two words ESPECIALLY when pertaining to themselves. But ya know what? I know that I am in good hands. So......I'm good.

P.S. Don't get too use to sitting in the comfy chairs in the waiting room...you won't be in there long!
