I went her a couple years ago, and I almost lost my tooth. I actually had been going to Dr. Carlos Garcia for a couple years and can't believe what I am about to tell you happened. My old filling came out so I had to get it replaced. The appointment has a little far from when it happened so of course my tooth was decaying a little. He replaced the filling, and I thought everything was fine but my tooth kind of hurt a little after a month or so. I tried to get another appointment but they were booked for months, so I went to another dentist. I found out Dr. Garcia did not remove all the decay completely, so my tooth was decaying underneath the filling. I almost had to have a crown. I didn't even bother to go back and tell them what happened. Beware of going here.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
