I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. HORRIBLEEE customer service! I can not get over how rude thye were on the phone and how unprofessional they were in the office. I almost got up and left in the middle of what was supposed to be an exam! Changing dentists immediatly.

I called three times today. Wendy and Kiesha answered the phone and put me on hold three different times for an average of 18 minutes each. One time I was on hold for 32 minutes. I got as far as telling them my name and why I was calling. From that point on, they never returned. I just wanted a cleaning. Their customer service is terrible.
