They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

The service at this location is THE WORST and they are extremely overpriced. The cost for a filling at my old dental office was $45.00 at this location, it was $150.00, why the big difference, I DON'T KNOW. Service is just as bad, my son is CURRENTLY needing a spacer put in that he was fitted for over a month ago! They told me it would take two weeks to get back, again, it's been over a month. Anyway, after the two weeks, I took my son to the dentist, waited an hour to see the dentist, once I saw him, he told me that the spacer was not in!!!!!!! AFTER I HAD WAITED AN HOUR!!!!! So I make an appointment for the following week, this time, when I check in the office, I made sure that they have the spacer.... THEY DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!! So I make another appointment for today, they called the house to remind my husband about the appointment, when asked about the spacer.... they had to call back. They did call back and left a voice message that once again..... they don't have the spacer!!!!!!! If nothing else, the office mangers should at least had someone call me EACH TIME, and let me know that the spacer was not in!!!!! Today I have cancelled my appointment and I am calling my insurance company to see if I can change offices because of their poor service and I will get my $90.00 back for the spacer.

They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it, but did so right after. The whole experience was great all of the staff were very nice and friendly. I was seen quickly and taken very well care of, will definitely be returning for my future dental work.

Not only could I tell that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. The staff was very friendly, the dentist was ok, I'm not sure if he was just busy that day or had a lot on his mind, but I waited an hour to see him and it was very rushed, I spoke with him for about 5 minutes and then he went on to the next patient. The staff was more friendly and patient with me than the dentist. I'm going back in a couple weeks, though, so maybe it will be different.
