The assist did'nt wear a mask even after I ask her to. Dr. Hamburg was trying to look in my mouth touching my mouth without washing his hands and did not wear a mask.

The office was filthy; the shield for X-rays broken, dirty, the so called assistant caughing all over me I had to ask her to wear a mask; and the floor even dirtier....but then the assistant told me they only go to the dairy ashford location once a week....The estimate went from over $8,000.00 to $4,000.00 ....after I negotiated...but then of course I was not going to go back there!

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I went to Houston Northwest Dental Associates to have two of my teeth pulled and I was not looking forward to it. However, Dr. Hamburg put me at ease and made sure I was completely numb before working on me. He seemed to remove both of my teeth with very little pulling or jerking and the procedure went very smoothly. He was very kind and considerate and I felt like a real person rather than a paycheck. If you want super service go to this doctor.
