Both of my children obtained their braces at this location. We never had any issues. Both of my son's teeth were straightened in about 18 months.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
