I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. my child was physically abuse by Dr. Ahmead she is an pakastainian lady who yeld ans screamed to the top her lungs when the child is crying i would not recommend anyone to see her she also grabbed my childs face and squeazed him hard trying to make him stop crying he was terrified .

I was really impressed with Summit Dental Center. I was able to get a Saturday appointment for my teeth cleaning easily and the wait time was not over 15 minutes. The dentist and his dental assistant made me feel relaxed and were very professional, they also made helpful reccomendations. I don't have insurance so it's great to have found a good quality dentist that doesn't break the bank!
