I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Scheduling is a major issue with this office. They are always behind by more than 2 hours (at least my family's expireince). And this is despite that fact that you have to schedule at least 30 days in advance.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
