Hi Guys,
the Castle Dental Office in Killeen overcharges patients. Every time i went there i have received a bill that was much, much, much higher than the actual amount i needed to pay. Thank God my dental insurance gives out a co-payments book to see my co-payment for every service. My advice, don't sing any bill before you contact your dental insurance.

I had to wait more than 1.5 hours from my arrival before I was even called to have X-Rays done. 5 others that arrived after me were seen before me were seen before me even though them only just arrived. Once my X-Rays were completed I was taken to an exam room and had to spend another 15 min before someone arrived to start my examination. then after my examination it took another 15 minutes to get checked out.

If you call for something they just put you on hold and never come back to talk with you. This place is not customer friendly and I wasted more than 2.5 of my sick time from work, which is money from my pocket, to spend most of it sitting around waiting on these people.

There prices for their service is a lot higher than other dental offices. My wife canceled her appointment with them and had the same service done at another dentist, that she really enjoyed visiting, for almost half the cost.

This dentist office is just an assemble line operation!!!!!!!!!!!! Find someone else to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unorganized. There's six people behind the counter and none of them have any idea whats going on. The staff was arguing with me. Told me they had no record of me in there system, when I have already had two procedures done and paid for. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I will NEVER waste my time there again!

I have no idea how this office works because I have called and left several messages as a new potential new patient in town and NO-ONE has even bothered to call me back. I will look elsewhere for a dentist because if they refuse to even acknowledge potential new customers, i would be real concerned about their attention to my needs if I were an actual patient.
