They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Plus, you can watch movies while the work is being done. Going to the dentist doesnt bother me anymore!

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

After visiting for a regular cleaning I was told I needed an additional appt. to fill a cavity and they were placing a "watch" on two of my other teeth. However 2 hours prior to appt. I received a phone call explaining I would be needing a root canal and to bring over $400 with me on my visit. I was shocked to say the least and haven't been back.

It turns out the two teeth they were placing a "watch" on at my new dentist office recommended I fix right away as to avoid two future root canals.

Futhermore, I was told I was close to needing a root canal on the other tooth however if filled it would be fine. It is a long drive to go and see my new office plus out of network. It's worth the drive as I have a friend in the office and now feel I can trust the recommendations a lot more.
