They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

As a new pt there, my first appointment was made for a teeth cleaning. Instead, they did 18 xrays (I'm not exaggerating) and some gum poking. I went home and had to make another appointment for my teeth cleaning 3 days later.

Second visit, I sat in the chair and the girl says "Hi, I'm going to be doing your BOTTOM teeth today".....what about the top? "oh, you'll have the top done in 4 weeks"

I told them I wanted it all done that day. That was ridiculous - 3 Appointments just to have my teeth cleaned? Then they wanted me to come back two additoinal visits for a root canal and to have a mouth guard made! I was furious - I told them I can't go to the dentist every other day!

I will defintely be checking other dentist offices before having anything else done here. They are money hungry here and just trying to charge my insurance and my pocket for everything.

I wouldn't be so upset except that they did not even tell me what they were going to do. They didn't tell me up front that it would take 3 visits for a routine cleaning!

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
