Zenell Meadows, Thank you very much for your review. Old-fashioned cleaning is exactly what I want also. Doctor Grogan was my dentist for 25 years and I really miss him.

Dr. Grogan was a wonderful "mom and pop" dentist. He had already retired once and started the Little Elm practice out of boredom. However, he had a stroke and evidently sold his practice. I wondered why I was given new patient paperwork to complete when I went in for my semi annual visit. The reason was not confirmed until I was firmly seated in the examination chair. Beware, as I see the new dentist as a "mouth miner". Dr. Grogan was very conservative and didn't "mine your mouth." Therefore, there is a lot of deferred maintenance in his files and it appears that she is trying to reap those profits to pay for the practice, all of her new equipment and fancy software. Don't get bitten like I did. "Deep cleaning" is the dental industry's new "cash cow". I have had many, many teeth cleanings where my teeth bled while they were being cleaned and I said ouch once in a while. Now they want to deaden your gums and charge you $175 or so per quadrant because if they don’t, you MIGHT get gingivitus. Your insurance won't pay much of it. If her sales staff comes to you with all manner of work you need done, take the list with you, think about it and possibly get another opinion. She will want to start the work that minute as she doesn't yet have a full appointment schedule.....so take a deep breath and tell her that you will think about it and call back. When I told her that I wanted the same old-fashioned cleaning of my teeth that Dr. Grogan always did, she refused.... So I fired her.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr Grogan is by far the best dentist we have ever had... period. No fancy spa-like office. Just a very pleasant dentist office with a VERY experienced doctor that performs with the skill of a maestro and always has an upbeat attitude. My only regret is that we did not discover him sooner and that my job transfer has forced us to move away. We will genuinely miss him.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They treat you like a person and not just a number on a chart.

Our family is hooked on Little Elm Dental Care!

Dr. Grogan is hands down gifted in his field.
I can honestly say that I've never ever had a better dentist.
He is gentle and efficient. His workmanship is excellent!

My family is in agreement...Dr. Grogan's office is the only dentist
we've ever looked forward to visiting. Kudos!

Their staff is wonderful! They are very down to earth which I find refreshing.

Also...not only is the staff thanking you for coming in but Dr. Grogan thanks
you personally. I more than appreciated this and find it refreshing also. I can
honestly say he is not only, the only dentist but the only Dr. that has ever
thanked me for coming in. My biggest pet peeve is how ungrateful businesses have
acted with your wallet, instead of showing atleast just a little gratitude.

This dentists office is very very different. Too bad Dr. Grogan didn't run every
place I do business. Then we'd have a smile everywhere we've went.

Thank you for your services Dr. Grogan and Staff. We love you. You guys/gals are the BEST!
