Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

they dont do the services i needed.(root canal).the dentist said,go to mexico,they do service real cheap there.I thought that was weird.I left there very confused,I dont recommend!

This was the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to. It was the only dentist in the area that took my insurance, so I tried her out. The outside looks like a shack, the lobby was filthy and had chairs that looked like had been found on the curb. The front desk girls were aweful and had no idea what they were doing. The dentist and dental hygenist were just terrible. They were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this dentist again!!!!

Dentists and hygenists are nice but have different diagnosis of what should be done. One dentist suggests something for next appointment and when you book that appointment (and take off work) the new dentist says it shouldn't be done. Appointments are GROSSLY over-booked! The receptionist should be replaced. Out of my 5-6 visits, because they are the only ones in Caldwell County to accept my "insurance," all of them have had conflicts. The time management being the worst!! They cater to non-citizens and indigent people almost to the point of prejudice to those who are legal and have insurance. I would not recommend to my enemies!!!!
