Worst dentist EVER! I will never let him touch me again. He did not make me feel comfortable at all. Told me to sit still and not make a sound because I'd scare his other patients. I told him my mouth was not numb enough but he did not care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had a issue that another dentist opted to ignore and was more interested in cleaning and deep cleaning then wanted to send me to a oral surgeon. Dr. Hays did the extraction the day I called him and pain was gone.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
