No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand

They are always prepared for my appointment. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. When I go to my appointments I never wait 5 minutes; most of the times I wait 1 or 2 minutes.
