The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down.. They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The dentist wants me to redo dental work because he was too lazy to realize that I needed to have a root canal.
