Oh my gosh! I completely agree with "Karen". I saw Dr. McCord when I was a kid in the 70's when his office was on Shaver. Dr. McCord was very abusive as well. I can remember being slapped for crying when I was in pain getting a tooth pulled, or him putting his hand over my mouth and partially covering my nose making it hard to breath. He would also make fun and mock me when I was crying. I never said anything to my parents because I was afraid they wouldn't believe me. I cannot believe they are still in business today. I have children of my own now and I am so glad that I am able to sit in the room with my children during their visit.

My mother took my brother and I to Dr. Culpepper in the late 60's and 70's when we were children. He was located on S. Shaver in Pasadena at the time. He was abusive and very mean when nobody was in the room. He slapped my face when I started crying because I was in pain, and he squeezed my face and told me to shut up! My mother did not believe me when I told her what had happened because Dr. Culpepper was always very nice when she was around. I would beg her not to take me back to him, but everytime we went back this happened. I had nightmares for years after.I still can't believe he is still in business!
