Dr Smith is a great denist, but I am very upset that he refuses to send my permanent crown to a denist in Ca. My mother is in critical condition in the hospital & I have no ideal when I will be returning to Tx. My temporary crown broke & I don't understand how they can refuse to send it when I have paid in full for all services. I hate to think its so the won't have to refund a office visit fee to cement it in? Or are they hidding something???????
