They made sure every single question I had was answered.. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.Tammy was amazing and Dr.Lugo was so open and east to talk to! They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am so excited to begin the process of getting braces with this office and i already know i am in the best care! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I dont understand the negative feedback, EVERY SINGLE experience I have had with this office has been AMAZING! The staff is always very friendly, I actually visited 4 other orthodontists before I chose Dr. Lugo. He is very nice to his patients, he makes them feel beautiful. He constantly compliments my daughter and tells her how great she looks. They were flexible and so easy to work with. I think some people are just impossible to please! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Dr Lugo is arrogant toward his patients. The waiting time is long. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. .
