My family has been going to Dr. Chong's office for over 20 years. We feel like we're family there. His office manager Chris is always friendly and so helpful! Our kids began going there when they were toddlers: not to have dental work done at first, but just to get used to going to the dentist (no, we weren't charged for these little "get-acquainted" visits). I can't understand any of the negative reviews that have been posted. Regarding the Aetna $200 "refund" -- that's called an insurance REIMBURSEMENT! Which is the way insurance operates if you pay the provider up front. A person who knows so little about their own insurance is bound to misunderstand a lot of other things about professional services. Chris and Dr. Chong, and their associate dentists, are THE BEST!!

This office is terrible.The Asian lady in the front charged my husband's credit card without explaining.My husband went for 6 mos cleaning that should be 100% paid by our insurance but they charge $200+.I complained to Aetna and our $200 was refunded to us.The Asian lady is so rude and dont care.Never go to this office!!!!
