The lady working at the front desk is very very rude. I scheduled with Dr. Chong, but I was treated by an African American dentist. Dr. Chong never showed up. The even worse thing is that they charge me much more than my previous dentist. I got the same treatment before with my previous dentist. The front desk lady refused to show me the charge list too. She said that she wouldn't show me the list until I paid her first. It is the worst experience I ever had with a dentist.

This Korean speaking receptionst thinks she is the dentist and she runs the whole show.
I was scheduled to see Julian Chong but he never showed up so I was seen by this weird looking old lady whom I don't even know whether she's even licensed to practice. trying to rip off by saying such and such are not covered under your plan so you've got to pay upfront...dusty and rusty place!
