Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was worried that my son was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but he wasn't at all.. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. My son is is a adult mentally challenged and the Dr Mason and his staff always makes my son feel very comfortable and calm at his visit. i am always pleased with their service and never have to wait long. Dr Mason is very good with my son and makes him feel at ease at his visit.

I've always had HORRIBLE experiences with Dentists. They would always push an instrument too hard on my teeth, literally jab at my gums, and worse. Dr. Mason was gentle, asked if it hurt and if i was okay. He makes sure every patient is happy and comfortable. The staff is kind and willing to answer questions when asked. And whats even better is there in NEVER a wait. they get to you as soon and you enter. :) :)
