When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
