I have put three children through orthodontic treatment at this office. They are always willing to help even if scheduling is a challenge. I was able to go to multiple offices and the staff is wonderful, always welcoming and with a smile. I was so happy that I treated myself after the kids. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr. Amy B. Jackson was my orthodontist at South Texas Orthodontics. She did a superb job getting my teeth straightened in a relatively fast amount of time. They were complete in the time frame that she said they would be. Using the Sure Smile system involved visits to their La Cantera office and their Blanco Road office. On all visits the staff was very professional and friendly. It was easy to get appointments and they were always completed in a timely manner. The Orthodontic Assistants were very good and seemed to work well with children and with adults. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and South Texas Orthodontics.

Not that I could see

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Somewhat, but they could have made more of an effort

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
