I and my family have been seeing Dr. Townsley for 15+ years. He's very in tune with pain management for his patients. Over all great family DDS!

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. We are seeing this dentist for last 10 yrs. and we are very satisfied in all respect.Dr.Townsley and his staff I will recommend to anyone.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They had plenty of magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. In fact, I had to take my magazine with me to the treatment room, as I was seen before I could read an article. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they put forth to make all their patients comfortable. I have had many dentists in my 67 years, but when I found Dr. Townsley almost 20 years ago, I knew I'd found the dentist of my dreams.
